Summer is here! It’s time to fire up the grill and let those fabulous flavors melt in your mouth. If you’ve been following along you know I’m not an expert chef. I’m barely a mediocre chef. But when I do cook, I knock it out of the park (if I do say so myself!)
I’m sharing my Grilled Garlic and Mustard Summer Salmon recipe with you so you can knock it out of the park too. I’m using the new Stone Ground Mustard from Silver Spring Foods because they are experts in all things horseradish and mustards. Their Stone Ground Mustard makes my salmon sing. I fired up our Traeger Grill to 450 and got to work!
I’m not going to go into a long story about my love of salmon, or how mustard is made because my friend Stephanie says she hates it when she goes to a website for a recipe and has to read someone’s life story in order to get it. So without further ado, here it is!
