Did you know that you can get a personalized congratulations letter from the President and First Lady after the birth of your baby? I have one for Channing and it’s probably the coolest keepsake in her baby book. I figured since President Obama only has a few months left in office, some of you may want to jump on this before another gal or guy takes office. Unless you’re into that, then disregard this post. No judgement.
Here’s what you do. Mail a letter, or birth announcement with your child’s DOB to:

Or you can fill out a form online here, to request a special greeting from the President and First Lady. I had a really cute birth announcement so I wanted to mail it. I figured they would be excited to see it. The White House also sends greetings for anniversaries, weddings, and retirements. It’s such a wonderful keepsake and a lovely thing the White House does. Baby greetings are only available within a year of your child’s birth so get on it ASAP!
