The MIH 15by15 Challenge is a way for me to find new, fun, and attainable ways to workout, eat right, and get healthy. My goal is to lose 15 pounds by my 15th wedding anniversary in May. I purposely set a small goal at first to make it more achievable. I mean, who wants to fail in front of an audience? Not me! So I’ll be pushing myself to get out of my comfort zone and try to lose weight so I don’t get winded playing with my toddler or cry when I have to buy bigger pants. That’s the real deal kids.
