The #MIH15by15 is in full swing and I’ve discovered a new tool to add a “burst” of energy to my workouts. The new Skechers Burst-a perfect combination of style, comfort and support in a shoe. I’m challenging myself (and anyone who wants to join me!) to lose 15 pounds by my 15th wedding anniversary in May. I’m rockin’ lots of workouts all over town that require me to be on my feet a lot so I want really supportive shoes. And the new Skechers Burst line is exactly what I need to add power to my workouts.
The Skechers Burst-Adrenaline is the shoe I wear for more heavy-duty, cardio-centric workouts. It’s a lightweight shoe with a burst midsole. It makes my feet feel stable even when my body is moving all over the place. I also love the Skechers Burst-Ellipse. I wear it for more day-to-day activities, and lighter workouts like reaching 10k steps on my Fitbit. Both shoes use air-cooled memory foam which makes me feel like I’m walking on my mattress. It’s like my feet are getting hugs every time I exercise. Yes please! And if you’re a bigger gal like me, you know that can mean the difference between going an extra 15 minutes or calling it quits when working out.
